Meet the Team

  • Jack Graham

    (He/Him/His)
    Founder and Executive Director

Jack spent his formative years on the lookout for pneumatic tubes, trap doors, and zip lines. Since then, he has worked primarily as an entrepreneur. As COO of medical staffing companies based in Portland, including Scribe-X and MyTeam Medical Staffing, he earned the Portland Business Journal's 100 Fastest Growing Companies Award six times. He holds an MBA from Willamette University, and his guitar less and less these days, unfortunately. He also serves on the board of the Washington County Cultural Coalition, where he oversees the first youth advisory board of its kind.

His oldest daughter grew up at the old Portland Children’s Museum and was nicknamed “Flip” as a baby. His youngest daughter, “Big Deal”, deserves a children’s museum nearby, as do all children in our community.

  • Jenny Stadler Development Director

    Jenny Stadler

    (She/Her/Hers)
    Development Director

Jenny Stadler has been connected to arts and culture in the Portland Metro region for nearly two decades. After receiving her Ph.D. in Human Developmental Psychology, Jenny left academia to work in the non-profit sector, running a start-up education organization, and later fundraising, developing curricula, and supporting organizations in long-range planning. A long-time choral singer and budding ceramic artist, as well as a person living with chronic illness, Jenny's professional focus has increasingly turned towards arts, arts education, access, and inclusion. As Executive Director of PHAME Academy, she worked to create more equitable arts opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Jenny now serves as Vice Chair of the Oregon Arts Commission and on the board of the Choral Arts Ensemble. When not raising money or advocating for arts and culture, she can be found playing with clay at her ceramic studio.

  • Serina Oertli

    (She/Her/Hers)
    Hillsboro Museum Lead

Serina got her degree in Child Development and immediately began working in preschools in central California. She moved to Northern California and continued teaching preschool before finding an amazing opportunity working with families through First Five and the Children's Discovery Museum. She helped run playgroups for First Five at three separate locations, as well as being on staff at the Museum, which included helping with daily guests, field trips, summer camp, drop-off programs, and curriculum development.

She currently lives in Beaverton with her two children and has been delighted to be a part of the Flip Team for over a year now.
